I have worked at Oscar & Associates, a national company that provides photography services to trade shows, conferences and corporate events, since 1998.  When I first started the company was beginning the digital transition and I was in post production running the digital department, which was just myself, scanning negatives, using Photoshop and maintaining the web page. The next addition to my position was editing entire shows once the transition was complete.  In late 2009 I had the opportunity to grow in the company again and started to actually shoot many of the events that we covered.  This allowed me to get out of the office for an afternoon or days traveling to other cities.  Since that time I have been managing the production department and experiencing everything that the industry offers.
